Z Fold4 Inner Display Screen Protector Peeling Off

Hey there!

My Fold4's inner display screen protector is starting to peel off from both ends of either edge along the hinge.

Just wondering if anyone had or has the same issue.

And does Samsung Care+ cover this?

I have been to Vodafone today and they will send it off to be replaced,  unfortunately they said they have to do a factory reset when it gets sent off, so I've had to back up all my photos, files etc first, so I'm going back on Wednesday after I've sorted it all out, and it's not costing me a penny

Good for you, how come a factory reset is required though? Its just the screen protector that got peeled off right?

Hi, I am using Samsung Fold 4, Bought from Samsung online store next day of its launch at actual launch price.. My 1st Android phone and samsung switch from Apple


My fold inner display got bubbles couple of weeks ago and i took my phone to DCC store as per customer care advice, But DCC store advised me to visit Media City Service Center as its only service center in Dubai.
By the time i went to Service my inner display stop working and had a blaxk patch in the bubble area, i have read about this issue in the news and also read its a manufacturing defect and samsung replacing the display free of cost in some countries, Fair enough.. But unfortunately in dubai the customer service at the store denied me the replacement free of cost and told since you have care plus you can use that service there is a dent on phone which doesn't qualify for free replacement and also need to leave your phone for 2 days, this is rediculous, how can anybody leave the primary phone for 2 days and when samsung International already confessed and admitted that display has an issue they should just right away change the device or fix the issue then and there

You and me both, I got mine during launch, as much as I love samsung products, the customer service is hurting them though

you can try the branch at Dubai Mall, apparently they charge less, well that is what one of the guys at Dxb Mall told me, better yet try use your samsung care there,

on the other hand my screen protector fiasco ended up disappointing, and I was already talking to Eros which is samsung's distributor here, but still **bleep**

sad to say, but this might be my last samsung phone,

Honestly I was at the service centre on the same evening on fold 5 launched day, was so eager to order new but good i didn't, very disappointed.. No more samsung!!

Quite unfortunate,
Samsung Tech is really good,

but the customer service is a total let down

My screen protector is bubbling in the middle and will not allow me to use the swipe motiomn if I have to go across the screen.  Am I able to replace this protector?
