Fold 3 No sound when uisng with inner screen

Hi all 

This issue started on last Saturday when I watching YouTube the phone stuck on horizontal not rotating the screen when I change angle I have chekd the auto rotation is turned on or not it was on and suddenly my screen goes blank inner and outer, tried to wake the screen using power button couple of time after 2 min the screen back on working I thought it was ui crash or something after that when I use my inner screen there is no sound when I go outer screen everything working fine and I noticed that when my inner screen open a angle like 45 dgree the sounds works but when I open full it won't works any one facing the same issue.

Is it software issue or hardware issue can some one pleae assist if any one faced this issue and fixed.

Apologies on the inconvenience, Follow these steps to Wipe cache partition

Turn off the device.
Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key .
When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device

Exactly the same issue here, seems to have started after the latest update.

Now, the screen switch is not happening. I don't know what to do. Both screens are working. the same issue is still three. No sound in innerscrern

SAME ISSUE IN MY FOLD 4 FROM LAST WEEK .HOW TO REPAIR IT?

My phone's repair cost is too high, so I traded it for an S24 Ultra. Also, I think it's better to wait a few more years before buying a foldable phone.

Had the same issue, just on earphones, not speaker

changing this setting in dev options resolved the problem

Bluetooth speaker or headphones are working fine only device speaker has this issue
