Hi there,
I have S7 Edge and I can't download smart switch I can't transfer my data from the old mobile . please help

settings - Backup and reset
you can find 'Open Smart Switch' button.
Another way is using OTG cable which is in the box. If you connect the canle with old phone, smart switch will be open automatically.

Hi... Just download Smart Switch on old mobile.. On S7 Edge it's Pre-Installed. So, you don't need to install on S7.
Smart Switch Should be running on both the mobiles old and new.

I downloaded smart switch but I couldn't transfer the data from the old phone. it reach 99% and stops there
