screen Issue

If I press power key in my s9 plus my display going blurred.if I am not pressing power key display working fine...anyone faced this issue??

my note also same problem, discolouration, blurred,...fade colour.
try hard reset,factory reset...all.still same
after updating new security updates it all happened.
pls help.my phone is out of warranty
