Googled it and seems to be an issue some people face on XDA. Dial #*0*# in the call app and select the box labelled LED. See if the LED turns on. If not, make sure you are not using any 3rd party LED app. To be honest from the posts I read your LED is most likely dead. You will need a repair / exchange.
