Why esim not working in my s21ultra 5g i don't find sim card manager

I bought the mobile 1 week back and I also have the same issue, am not able to find sim card manager and my device ID: SM-G998N

Model version SM-G998N does not support eSim. It's a single sim version. Other models of the S21 ultra 5G do have Sim manager.
