Why S10+ is not receiving security update

Am using S10+ and I last received security update on March, does any one knows why we are not receiving the security updates.

Hi Eksali.. Samsung is now rolling out a new update to its Galaxy S10 series devices in Europe with firmware version G97xFXXUAFUE3 across the S10e, S10, and S10 Plus. Most likely other regions will receive the update in next 2 weeks. I hope you will receive the update soon.. cheers!

I do not think we will receive any updates they just ignore us with no explanation !

I don't think so, at least we need to get monthly security updates

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.

Only Samsung Gulf does not send them updates, even though it is the largest of its sales in the Gulf, garbage service

They believe gulf customer have too much money when they stop updating then people will buy new model

Today I have received security patch update
