I deleted most the apps and I can't find what is that. No information at all I checked all apps are there!

It's like an incomplete download of an app or a bug.

Try restarting your phone or force stop one ui home app.

I tried I have thus issue one week and still there

Not entering at all

Go to
Settings/apps/One UI Home

Tap on storage
Clear cache

Now restart the phone

I tried it it didn't work, it seams there is an app still on the phone but don't have access to it

I found it was the hidden security folder icon

Did you try the Clear data option as well? It will clean up your home screen.
