What do Samsung users have to do in the future?

If you're one of the disappointed Samsung users because of the delayed updates, then you should seriously consider not buying any Samsung phones in the future and avoid recommending them to your friends or relatives. Either keep your current phone or switch to Apple, but do not upgrade to any new Samsung device until we see a real change in how Samsung treats its customers and recspect them — especially when it comes to software updates and long-term support.

It's not about a delay of a few days, it's been many months.
The company also never apologized.

When you charge a premium price, you have to offer your customers a premium service.
When there is no premium service, then it's time for a big slap from your customers to wake up and know that the are many other companies willing to go the extra mile for new customers. Nothing should be taken for granted!
