Will Galaxy S8 receive September 2018 security update? It says latest updates have already been installed.

I think One plus is better than samsung . One plus 6 is getting Android Pie now.

you can check it in Samsung members> diagnostics> hardware> sensors, because after last august security patch my s8 sensor stopped working except fingerprint sensor
