I face that type of issue with my banking application another person face that type of issue after update

Reinstall the app from authorized source, before uninstall ingal please do clear all data . Also make sure your permissions are given ,especially phone , sms, location. It will work. Hope you give a like once this fix the issue

Storage
Step 3. Tap Storage. Here, you can see the Galaxy Wearable app, for example.
Clear cache
Step 4. Tap Clear cache.
2.Uninstall the application then install it again
