Kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the IMEI number
    Dial *#06# on your device and ensure the IMEI entered matches exactly (without spaces or additional characters).
  2. Confirm device eligibility
    Ensure the device model and storage capacity selected in the Trade-In form match your actual device specifications.
  3. Retry after some time
    If the information is correct, please try again later as the Trade-In system may undergo periodic updates.
  4. Use Samsung Members error reporting
