If samsung works more on it's system software and updates it's gonna be more popular and loved then Apple. Samsung should really take notes from Apple's book.
Apple only has to worry about the 3 phones that they release each year and the previous version also get the same update with minor changes. whereas Samsung releases multiple phones in the S, M , A , Note, Tab and many others series that aren't available in the GCC. But the still manage to provide monthly security patches and major one ui updates every year similar to Apples IOS updates.
