Galaxy SIt would be fantastic to see a built-in App Lock feature implemented globally in One UI 7. This feature is already available in some regions like China, and it significantly enhances privacy and security by allowing users to lock individual apps with a password, PIN, or biometrics.
While the Secure Folder app is available, it’s not an ideal solution since it requires cloning apps, which can be inconvenient and consumes additional storage. A native App Lock feature would provide a more seamless and efficient way to protect sensitive apps without the need for duplicates or third-party alternatives.
I hope Samsung considers this for One UI 7—it’s a small change that would make a big impact!
