SpO2 feature

Dear Samsung Team,

Why have you not incorporated SpO2 functionality on s21 ultra phones. With advanced phones such a basic feature has been removed.

I know the Note 5 had the heart rate sensor and that's all. The new features have been moved to the galaxy watch lineup. I was disappointed with it before but after getting the watch 3, it makes sense that they removed it I gusss. Cheers.
