Hey guys, so this message popped up when I was updating my device.
"Sorry, we weren't able to download this update. Check your network connection or connect to a charger and try again. To download this update in the future, go to Settings > System updates"
I tried 3 times...
It reaches to a certain point and then the message pops up.
I have a strong and stable internet connection though.
Please help!🥺❤
Update: I cleared the cache and the problem was solved. Thanks to Mzoony and Vikrant for taking the time to help. Now I'm able to enjoy 360°feature on my Galaxy Buds Pro😍😊❤

Hi Sara,
You may try wiping cache. Pls follow below instructions.
Wipe your cache partition.
Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. This will not effect any personal data or settings.
Then try updating the software.
