If you’re referring to daily installment / EMI plans, those are usually managed by the retailer, bank, or carrier, not Samsung directly. Samsung provides the device, but payment schemes depend on where you purchased it.

If you’re facing an issue with the Samsung Keyboard or Dial pad, please try:
1. Reset Keyboard & Dialer Settings → Go to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Reset to default settings. For the dial pad, go to Phone app settings > Reset to default.
2. Clear Cache/Data → Settings > Apps > Samsung Keyboard / Phone > Storage > Clear cache (or Clear data).
3. Update Apps → Make sure both Samsung Keyboard and Phone app are updated in the Galaxy Store / Play Store.
4. Safe Mode Test → Restart the device in Safe Mode to check if any third-party app is interfering.
