Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are receiving a notification that Samsung Account keeps stopping (or the Samsung Account app is crashing) after updating the OneDrive app.

We have identified that the latest version of the OneDrive app may have compatibility issues with the Samsung Account app, which can cause this behavior.

To resolve the issue, please disconnect your Microsoft account from the Samsung Account app by following these steps:
How to disconnect the Microsoft account (from your device):

  1. Go to Settings > Samsung Account (at the top).
  2. Tap Linked accounts.
  3. Select Microsoft.
  4. Tap More options (three dots).
  5. Select Unlink.

If the above steps are not accessible:

  1. Visit the Samsung Account website using a PC: account.samsung.com.
  2. Sign in with your Samsung Account.
  3. Go to the Services tab.
  4. Select Connected services.
  5. Choose Microsoft and tap Unlink.

We are currently preparing an updated version of the Samsung Account app to address this issue. Please ensure that the app is kept up to date by checking the Galaxy Store for the latest version.

Kindly note that the update will be rolled out gradually, and the schedule and version number may vary depending on your region or carrier.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this issue.

There are no accounts linked to my Samsung Account. Also there is a problem that the Samsung account itself keeps on crashing. I think this has happened after the latest android update.
