Hi Marcy. thanks a lot for your reply. 1. is registering on this app means making a user only - which i am right now? or should i do something additional? 2. should i just go to samsung store and show them at the end of 7th day? and they will repair or there is another procedure? 3. repairing the screen will cost 200AED or there is additional charges? thanks for answering.
Hi, you have to register S8 Phone on your product tab in this app (Samsung members) and post a proof photo with a bill from shop where you bought your phone. Then wait up to 7 days and the accidentally damage cover will appears in My Benefits tab. Maybe you have it already there? After that I don't know exactly what should we do as I'm also waiting :)
