the left side volume up down buttons and right side off button are irritable . when try to up the volume the other side finger also push the off button. they are on parrale position. PLS CHANGE ONE SIDE POSITION.
It's tough asking Samsung to change anything now when you have the device in your hand. Try a case with external buttons that you would find more you-friendly.
