Recently, I have noticed that my phone has been overheating excessively when using the Snapp Call and Telegram Chat applications simultaneously. After some time, I receive a notification saying that due to overheating, I am unable to open two windows at the same time (multitasking). I would appreciate any advice or information from individuals who may be experiencing similar issues.

Here are some solutions for what to do if your Galaxy devices generate heat.

Solution 1

Turn off the Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth functions when not in use.
In addition, reduce the screen brightness of your device.

Pull down the 'Quick panel', then turn off 'Wi-Fi' and 'Bluetooth'

Turn off ‘Location’

Minimize the brightness

Solution 2

Optimize the phone to minimize the heat caused by processor intensive apps that drain the battery.

Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Battery and device care’

Tap ‘Optimize now’

Tap ‘Done’

Solution 3

Unused apps in the background may heat up the device.
To resolve the issue, try ‘Background usage limits’.

Select ‘Battery and device care’
Select ‘Battery’
Select ‘Power saving’
Turn on ‘Power saving’
Select ‘Background usage limits’
background usage limits
Turn on ‘Put unused apps to sleep’
