S21 ULTARA | Android 12 one ui 4 bug with WhatsApp call

Last week upgraded to android 12 One UI 4.0. Many of the time, missing WhatsApp call or text notifications , it comes silently. Also, the main problem is when I make WhatsApp call , if phone in ideal state (WhatsApp running in background) the call is disconnecting after 90 sec. To continue the call without drop, I need to maintain the WhatsApp app in the foreground without letting the app work in the background or mobile screen time out.
