As from the samsung customer care they informed me that 2 years care+ will be automatically gets activated 14 days after the pre-order closing date, probably on 14th of Feb. Just to confirm about your case..

Yes. Advising everyone who made pre-order on 17th & 18th Jan without any promo codes, please escalate the issue to samsung because everyone has equal rights to receive 2 years care+ coverage for the same money we paid irrespective of offer codes. 😉

I call Samsung customer support, and I gave him my order number and told me that would try to add to my order.

I have placed my pre-order in the following way of getting more discount on Samsung.com/ae

(i) downloaded samsung shop app to get extra 200 AED OFF on 1st order
(ii) Have used the following discount code "19543298" to get extra discount of 220 AED off

Have also utilised their Trade-in offer 500 AED off on giving my old a73

Total discount of around 1000 AED applied on my pre-order
