Hi,
Just recently pre-order my S24Ultra, but after transaction i got some email for promo code which i can have 2years careplus + entertainer, can i still eligible for that and how to claim it since i have only 1yr careplus in current purchase. Thanks

Even it's hapeen with me same. I called call center they didn't have proper answer for this problem, they are telling after buy will get 2 years but don't trust them, they will charge for 2 years by default 1 years is free of cost on S series phones

Same happened to me as well. This is not fare as those who ordered first are not eligible for 2 years care+ and those who ordered on the second and third day of pre order gets 2 years care+ which is injustice i feel

And as per samsung call centre, no option for them to add additional care+ as it is promo code based. Ideally this has to be provided for all those who order irrespective of free offer codes

Samsung UAE is circulating free promo codes for 2 years care+ through WhatsApp and emails from yesterday afternoon without considering customers those who made order in the first minutes..

Yesterday i made a call to samsung call centre, one of the call centre agent was asking me to cancel the existing order and place a fresh order using the promo code. As i have purchased using installment option through the credit card and the refund will take 12-15 working days (as per samsung), i decided not to cancel the existing order. Today i approached their call centre again. They said they will consider to provide additional 1 year care+. Hope they will do the needful.
