If your Galaxy S24 Ultra is not receiving the latest software update, please first verify the device model and region, as update availability may vary depending on the device's original sales region and carrier specifications.
We recommend the following:

Ensure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Confirm that sufficient storage space is available.
Check that the device software has not been modified.
