Persistent Audio Issues on Android 14 Update

I'm using S23U, since my recent update to Android 14 after a few minutes of the screen being off, I'm encountering audio problems with both background music and calls.

After a few minutes of the screen being off, background music stops playing. When I try to resume playback, there's no output. The only way to get it working again is by turning on the screen and manually restarting the music player.

During calls with the screen off for a few minutes, the audio becomes non-functional. I can't hear the other person, and they can't hear me. To get things back on track, I have to end the call, turn on the screen, and reconnect.

I rely on it for various tasks, and having to deal with these audio glitches is becoming increasingly frustrating.

If any members of the community have faced similar problems or have found solutions, your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the customer to restart his phone.
Step 1. Swipe down from the top of your phone’s screen to open the Quick panel.
Step 2. Tap the Power icon, and then tap Restart.
