Please try the following steps:
- Update your device software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure you have the latest patches.
- Optimize device performance: Navigate to Settings > Device care > Optimize now.
Clear cache partition:- Power off your device.
- Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
- Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
- Check battery usage: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Battery usage to identify any apps consuming power abnormally.
- Safe Mode test: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is causing abnormal drain or crashes.
- Samsung Members diagnostics: Open Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Battery status to check the health of your battery.
