Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern regarding the performance of your Galaxy S24 Plus after the recent update. We understand how frustrating this can be and would like to assist you.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Update your device software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure you have the latest patches.
  2. Optimize device performance: Navigate to Settings > Device care > Optimize now.
    Clear cache partition:
    1. Power off your device.
    2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
    3. Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
  3. Check battery usage: Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > Battery usage to identify any apps consuming power abnormally.
  4. Safe Mode test: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is causing abnormal drain or crashes.
  5. Samsung Members diagnostics: Open Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Battery status to check the health of your battery.

If the issue continues after completing these steps, we kindly recommend visiting the nearest Samsung Service Center for a full diagnostic check. You can find the list of service centers here: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/service-center/

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that your feedback will be shared with our product teams for further improvements.
