Not showing call record option.

I am using s10 plus, its not showing call record option were as my brother is having s9 its working perfectly please fix this issue or let me know how to enable it. Thanks

I have s9 and s10 plus both of them I bought in UAE presently using in india but only s9 is showing call record feature but why not s10 plus
