No image clipper feature in s22 ultra. One ui 5.1. Disappointed

I’ve just updated to One UI 5.1 on my S22 Ultra and I’m not able to remove the image out of the foreground and paste elsewhere. Is that something exclusive to the S23 Ultra?

There is problem with color pallette when ever applying new wallpaper color pallette doesn't appearing before update its fine.
