I have S23 Ultra, based in the UAE. Also the one UI 8.5 update, then followed by what it looked like a security update, now I am facing the issue, no Mobile Network coverage at all, it is between "emergency calls only" and 1 bar of coverage, with data not working (even though it shows 4g/5g sometimes) and even WiFi connection is not stable. Done everything that was advised on Samsung Members forum till the issues persist. 
Be advise on how to resolve this permanently

Regarding the mobile network and Wi-Fi issues after the update on your Galaxy S23 Ultra, kindly restart the device, check for any pending software updates, and reset the network settings from:
Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings / Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings

Please also test another SIM card if available to confirm if the issue is related to the SIM or network provider.

If the issue continues after the above steps, please send an error report through Samsung Members, or visit the nearest authorized Samsung service center for inspection:
