We understand your concern regarding receiving language updates that you do not need.
Some language packages may be used by Samsung Keyboard, voice input, translation, dictation, or other system services. Availability of disabling or removing them may vary depending on the device model and software version.
Kindly try the below steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Language packs and remove any downloaded languages you do not use, if the option is available.
Go to Settings > General management > Samsung Keyboard settings > Languages and types, then keep only Arabic and English enabled.
Go to Galaxy Store > Menu > Updates and check if the language update appears there. If available, you may turn off auto update for Galaxy Store apps from Galaxy Store > Menu > Settings > Auto update apps.
Please note that some system language updates may still appear if they are required for system services.
