Please what does it mean when you don't find a particular App on Galaxy store which should be on the Galaxy store Ordinarily??

that means that app is not available in your country or your mobile phone does not support that app .. which app are you referring?..

I'm talking about Samsung Members..my Friend can't find Samsung Members on his galaxy store.. and the device is S9 and mine is S10..

try clearing galaxy store data.. it happens alot usually in note9 .. sometimes it says this device is not compatible.. to fix that just go to your app settings find galaxy store or play store then clear the data.. then open those app again,. 😉

I have s9 and am able to find the samsung member app in galaxy store.
