Galaxy SI don't know when exactly this issue started, but I've been trying to turn on customization servers for two weeks now but the same messages keeps appearing
Is this an issue from my end or Samsung's end? Any solution?

It's a server-side error. The server that your phone is connecting seems to be having an issue. Try to switch off your phone for about 10 minutes and start again .
