Compass low accuracy issue

Has anyone faced or seen low accuracy issue with the compass in maps? I've done the calibration I don't know how many times in so many 8 rotations. Still showing low accuracy. 

I've seen the pointer drift while navigating in Google maps and Waze.

Facing same issue on a brand new S22+
Been trying to calibrate over & over unsuccessfully.
