Galaxy SUnfortunate that the CSC can't be changed directly through official channels, using the Odin method could resolve the issue if you're willing to proceed with caution. But !!!!!!
It will void your warranty and not done properly could brick ur software.
Very risky !!!!!!
If possible, request for replacement by explaining the issue.
Best of luck 👍

Galaxy SChanging the CSC code on your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is possible, but it requires caution as it can affect your device's functionality, including network settings, software updates, and regional features. There are a few methods you can try:
1. Samsung Firmware (Odin Method): You can use the Odin tool to flash a new firmware that corresponds to a different CSC region. Be sure to back up your data, as flashing firmware can wipe your device. You’ll need to find the right firmware file for your desired region.
2. Samsung’s Official Support: You can visit an authorized Samsung service center. They can change the CSC code if necessary, although this is typically reserved for more complex regional issues or unlocking devices.
3. Phone Dialer Code: On some models, you may be able to use a dialer code to change the CSC region (though this is less common for newer devices). Try typing #272IMEI# in the dialer (replace IMEI with your actual IMEI number), and it will show available CSC codes to choose from.
Before proceeding, I recommend thoroughly researching the process, as changing the CSC may void your warranty and affect device stability. Make sure to back up your data before making any changes.
If the problem is resolved, please click on three points above and click on The solution has been accepted. Thank you 😊✨️
