Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

I am facing the same problem. Long pressing the Bixby button doesn't work. Voice wake doesn't respond. But i can short press and go directly into Bixby Home. When i press the right hand corner three dots i don't see anything related to voice. I tried clearing the data but no luck.

i think you should going through the settings and turn it from there

or you can watch video about that from YouTube it is so easy😊

I have also resorted to Samsung live chat for any Assistance, but they seemed equally helpless
