Sorry to hear! You can always call the call center and request remote assistance or bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician.
There is also a customer support feature on the Samsung Members app, or download Smart Tutor app also for remote support.
To share the log files with us, please follow these steps:
1- Samsung Members app.
2- Get help
3- Send feedback
4- Error reports
5- Select the category of your device issue (For example: Applications)
6- Tab on Attach
(You can select either Camera, Photos or Record a video)
7- Mark on Send system log data
