S6 edge won't get oreo. Samsung's way of updating flagships is with two major updates. And, it's over for S6. It came with 5.0 and updated to 7.0. Don't keep hopes, later you'll disappoint. Better go with custom roms.

Samsung finally changed their update patterns and giving the s6 edge another chance. Even the Note 5 might get the update.
