Help help!

I was super excited connecting my s23 ultra to Android Auto only to find out the resolution was low, pixelized, very grainy. Is there a cure to this? Anyone else experienced it?

Thanks so much

Hey my man. Checked 4 different cables, all had the same result. Low resolution, pixelized image. Might be something to do with the new update?

Hello,

Kindly check the checklist bellow

1. For the sake of safety, the initial connection is possible only when the vehicle is stopped.

2. The connection between Android Auto and the vehicle is possible using a Bluetooth or USB cable, and the connection method may differ depending on the vehicle and manufacturer. The exact connection method between the owned vehicle and Android Auto needs to be confirmed by the vehicle manufacturer.

3. Using Samsung's genuine USB cable (Depending on the vehicle, even a genuine cable may not be compatible) Additionally, it is recommended to use a short USB cable within 1m.

4. Check if you are connected to another vehicle.

Hey there, thanks for replying.
Connection is made only with the cable method, tried out many different cables including a Samsung original, short length, long length, all gave same results. Apple carplay works great with good resolution and android auto has low resolution. The car is JAC J7. Thanks!
