Android 7.1.1 Update

When is the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ getting Android 7.1.1? Or will it get that update later this year? (Hopefully before Android O comes out).

I Don't think sumsung update the S8 running os 7.0 . I hope end of the they will update 8.0 , os O

7.1.1 is a minor bugfix build for the pixel. Samsung will push out 7.0 to your device in the coming weeks. 7.0 will be the last OS upgrade for your device. S6 series will not get Android O.

My S6 Edge+ already has Android 7.0. But I know some other phones like the HTC U11 or the OnePlus 5 that have android 7.1.1. I will also get a new phone after mine stops getting updates.
