After updating July Security patch battery draining very fast

Is any one noticed this issue? my Galaxy S10+ battery is draining very fast with July security patch comparing with previous one.

after clearing catche it is slightly improved, now it is lasting for 15 -16hrs, still earlier was much better, may be I can try last option reset to factory dedault n check.
