Hello,

You can Set up user profiles and then select one when unlocking the device to use personalized settings.

1 From a Home screen, touch Apps > Settings.

2 Scroll down and touch Users under the Device tab .

3 To add a new user or profile, touch Add user or profile > User > OK > SET UP NOW.

4 Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account setup.

If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.

Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.

To ensure your logs accurately reflect the issue you're experiencing, we'd like you to submit your report within 5 minutes of encountering the problem. Our engineers will then investigate this and respond to you with a solution via the Members app.

How are you a community manager & don't know Samsung mobile devices don't support multiple users? If you have any contacts you need to push them to launch a settings patch that enables this feature for users. I've been with Samsung devices for more than a decade & am done with them if they don't add multi user support. Ridiculous to lose users over such a basic feature.

Tengo una tablet con one ui 5 y sí tengo la opción, solamente en mi celular no hay la opción (mi celular también tiene one ui 5), es muy molesto

I don't think Samsung has it. I have always looked for that setting on Samsung devices and never see it. No matter the oneui version, android version or phone/tablet. Samsung reportedly addressed the issue but we still dont have the built-in standard android setting that every other android has.

Just discovered that Samsung chopped out this feature.

That is a huge mistake, because we need different profiles on our phones to use the same apps with different identities. Like our children ids, elderly people accounts and so forth.

It is a shame.

Massive judgement error from their team. Whoever made this decision has cost Samsung a huge user base

To my understanding this is not possible.

Samsung has decided for some reason ("simplicity"?) that this option is not needed and blocked it in phones (but not in tablets...), and made us look for it in the internet and waste our time to find out that it has been removed with no explanation.

Anyone with kids or nephews knows how bad this decision is.

Does this mean we can't have in our S22/S23/S24 a work profile?

This rules out using Samsung as a corporate phone for company cells. Anybody knows if there is a reason for this and if it will be rolled back? Samsujg worker reading us?
