After activating Power Saving Mode on my Samsung S21 FE, processor performance was significantly reduced, with the device now running at only 30 frames per second (fps) instead of the 90 frames supported by the game (such as Call of Duty). After disabling Power Saving Mode, the device failed to operate at its maximum performance, and the frame rate remained low even after turning off Power Saving Mode. I tried several steps to resolve the issue, such as:
Disable Power Saving Mode completely.
Use performance monitoring tools to check the processor's capabilities.
Reset the device settings (system reset only).
Ensure there are no system or game updates.
However, the problem persists.

Imagine losing three times the power of your phone.
