software update, security patch

Would like to know if there is any issue or problem regarding monthly software updates, security updates in gulf, kuwait. Because only October's update was recieved and that also late, still waiting for November update and December update.

Have to check for software update in settings because sometimes you won't get notification for update.

Yes, for the note 20 ultra, no monthly updates? but been getting updates on a S9+ ?

How come older models are getting the updates?

Please bring the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to resolve the issue. 

Find the nearest service center to you online.

this answer is not applicable to the question customer asked. he does not have a problem with this device. none of Note 20 ultra got any security patch in UAE past. it is officially not released past October. please read what customers ask before posting.
