I got my new samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g. While using it for only 3 days the screen get an scratch. I  very very disappointed for what happen. I have been used my samsung galaxy note8 for almost 4years and never get scrach. But the gorilla glass that been used to note20 is not durable than before.

It Might be on the screen guard.. check is there screen guard applied on it, the thin plastic film.
