Ussd code running

My note 20 doesnt read the ussd codes like checking balance on phone..it keeps saying ussd running for like a minute without results and then says try again.The problem is not network or with service provider because i can call very well and receive messages. i tried putting other simcards but same issue.please help.

Kindly follow the below steps:

Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset all settings.

Thanks..i followed exactly these steps but unfortunately the issue is still on..
