Note 10 lite proximity sensor

Hey,

Its been 24 days with note 10 lite. I found my proximity sensor not working once i end the call. Anyone facing the same issue?

this is a known issue in Note 10 & Note 10 lite, try the following and let me know, go to settings / general management/ reset then press reset all settings to their defaults.

and then restart your phone.

i did reset but it worked initially but again became same like before

no there will be no data loss, its just resetting ur defaults

do it again, and please check any app that uses sensors, usually video call apps and force stop them or delete them if u dont use them

I had a problem with the call sensor, and it reset the settings and it became working

and my charging port got replaced in warranty . its only 4months
