Note 10+ NFC Not Working

Hey gust, after #Android11 and one UI 3 update. I am not able to share files through #NFC in my Samsung #Note10+. The #Android beam option is gone and the #motion effect for wallpaper is also removed. Is anyone else façing the same issue. Too bad #Samsung, you are downgrading instead of upgrading.

Hi,

You can try to use  Wifi direct to transfer data.

Let us know if that works!

Hi there, 

Please note that the share via 'WiFi Direct' has been removed from Android 11 due to reducing duplicated functions-Nearby Share, Quickshare (Receiving from the old device is still available to support old devices).

From Android 11, you can send files via Nearby Share or QuickShare.

Can you guys actually give us a fix to the widespread issue? You bricked NFC with half-assed software updates. I can't use my $70 clear view case or contactless payment. I'll make sure to buy from a quality Android phone vendor next time I think of purchasing a new phone. This is a joke

To begin with please perform a soft reset to address any temporary software issues that may have arisen after the update.

To proceed simply press the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts.

If your problem persists please check that the correct features are active to Settings > Connections > NFC and Payment > On > Android Beam (On) > Tap and Pay > Samsung Pay > Back > tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Default NFC method > Auto Select.

I have a Note 10 plus and don't have the 3 dots in the top right corner option! I am extremely frustrated as new LED and old case won't work on this phone. I suspect something is wrong with the NFC on this phone. Any ideas on a solution?
