Note 10+ Fast Charge 2.0

Hello Samsung

I have yet another issue with my note 10+ 5g

Well it charges fine with the original samsung 25w charger but with the Samsung 45w charger its not recognizing it as fast charge 2.0

It still just says fast charge and the same speed and current as the 25w charger.

My model is SM-N976Q

I hope to get any kind of an answer for samsung officials.

Mine stopped showing the 2.0,but you can differentiate from the color of the circle when u plug it, white is fast charge 18, green fast charge 25 and blue fast charge 45.
I used to get fast charging then super fast charging, then 2.0,then colors, those change with the updates they release, it might be working fine, the only difference they have is from 0 to 50% then the power decreases in order to protect the battery.
I'm sure u checked that fast charging and super fast charhing are both on in the battery settings. Hope that helps...

thanks for the help. i tried both chargers they give still give me the same colors and the same remaining time. in the options i only have fast charging and fast wireless charging. still no 2.0

Sorry to hear, i never had anything showing besides what you mentioned(fast & wireless) , just find a 5A cable and try that's the last resort, i can't think of anything else beside maybe an update that disabled it, check the notes on the last update u got.

One more thing worth noting, the cable has to be 5A, if by mistake it's 3A it will not work...

It would be best to use the same charger type as what comes in the box provided with your device.

congratulations all note 10 plus 5g users today we finally got the UI 2.5 UPDATE and with that my problem with the 2.0 fast charge was fixed.
