I'm not sure if you know, there are instances when I need it for tracking speed in private tunneling. To understand the data transfer. I hope you understand.

For some tests - yes. But apps would do, which I already did.

Wanted to check if samsung has been thinking of it. As you rightly pointed out, others have it as a part of the build
